The AC input reactor applied at the input end of the frequency converter for motors optimizes the power quality. With VPI treatment, excellent materials, high operating efficiency and multiple advantages, it ensures the stable operation of motors.

1.Harmonic Suppression and Power Factor Improvement

It effectively suppresses harmonic currents, reducing the adverse effects on motors. Meanwhile, it improves the power factor and reduces reactive power losses, making the motor operation more energy-efficient and in line with industrial energy-saving requirements.

 

2.Stable Operation Guarantee

The VPI treatment enhances insulation and stability. With good heat dissipation, excellent dynamic and thermal stability and strong short-circuit resistance, it can cope with the complex working conditions of motors, such as frequent start-ups and shutdowns and sudden load changes, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the frequency converter and motors.
